As a leader we confront participants saying invalidating statements and displaying unwelcoming behaviors that have consequences when it comes to morale, engagement and retention. In an effort to make our Family Connections™ course a safe and welcoming environment for all participants our presenters from VCIC will present real life FC scenarios and identify effective strategies to prevent and interrupt these “micro aggressions” when they arise mid course.
