A panel of experienced FC leaders who are also Adult Children, moderated by Renee McGrath, a clinician and a family member.
The goal of this Zoom-In is to help leaders understand and address the unique perspective and needs of the Adult Children in our courses. An overview of what an Adult Child’s experience is like, in general, along with a review of different skills and scenarios and how to make them relevant and non-triggering. Our panel will address special issues about anger, grieving, resentment, lack of control, burden, and missing out.
